Ultimate Ultrasonic Anti Blinding System 01.01.2013

We proudly present our new ultimate Ultrasonic anti blinding system

This ultrasonic system is ways different because it is not operating with continuous resonance vibrations.

The electronically controlled generator provides a permanently changing frequency through the transducer which is connected to a transducer ring on which the screen mesh is glued. This simple and patent applied system avoids the influence of permanently high resonance modes. They could be the reason for high temperatures (hot spots) and high stress to the transducer ring, its fixations to the screen frame and the mesh cloth.

Application advantages of the frequency variation:

• Higher throughputs
• No fusion and sticking of e.g. powder paint on the sound conducting elements
• Better screen cleaning and extended periods between the cleaning phases of the sieves
• Extended life cycles for the sieve mesh and the connecting elements
• Standard ATEX 22 converter is located outside the product area.
• Non sensitive oscillation behaviour, working always
• No errors because of no need of resonances thus avoiding generator overloads
• possible combination with other anti blinding system such as ball cleaning

Technical advantages of the frequency variation:

• No tuning of the connected parts required
• Simple manufacturing of the transducer rings
• The converter is being placed outside the sieving machine thus simplifying the ATEX design
• Possibility to use standard converters
• Multiple sieve decks can be excited with one generator

Commercial advantages of the frequency variation:

• 3 different models with 200, 150 or 50 W capacity for different screen sizes
• reduced investment cost especially for small screening machines
• Re meshing of screens possible by customer
